All our Hot Washers are 1450rpm. 4 pole 2 bearing electric motors & pumps using either Interpump, AR or Comet pump with brass head, ceramic pistons, and stainless steel valves.

Cheaper washers are usually 2800rpm 2 pole motors & pump. The disadvantage with this is the pump is wearing more and is also noisier due to the higher rpm. All our Cleanwell Washers use no circuit boards and are hard wired.

The A13-100, SS models & Statics hot washers use a flow sensitive unloader valve not a trapped pressure unloader valve. This system drops both pump and hose/line to zero pressure, unlike the trapped pressure system that only drops the pump to zero pressure. The advantage of this setup is 75% reduction in water leaks, soft start of the washer, longer life from your wash gun on your lance & no kick back from the lance when the wash gun is pressed.

Best suited for washing vehicles, cars, plant & machinery. Hot water is over 50% better at removing dirt than cold water. Especially on Oil & Grease.
